Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting: Utilize your networking skills and industry knowledge to discover aspiring models with potential for success.
- Vetting Process: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability of potential models, considering factors such as appearance, personality, and marketability.
- Guidance and Support: Provide personalized mentoring and support to models, assisting them in developing their skills, confidence, and professional portfolio.
- Career Management: Strategically plan and oversee the career trajectory of assigned models, identifying opportunities for growth and advancement within the industry.
- Negotiation and Representation: Act as the primary point of contact and representative for models, negotiating contracts, securing bookings, and advocating for their best interests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including photographers, stylists, and marketing professionals, to ensure the success of models under your management.
